1. Qué información recogemos

La que tú nos das: nombre, teléfono, correo, el nombre y la actividad de tu negocio y lo que necesitas, cuando llenas el formulario de contacto o reservas una llamada.
La de la cita: fecha y hora que eliges en el calendario.
Tu consentimiento: si aceptas recibir mensajes de texto, guardamos la fecha, la hora y el formulario donde lo diste.
Datos técnicos básicos: dirección IP, navegador, páginas visitadas y cookies necesarias para que el sitio, el formulario y el calendario funcionen.

2. Para qué la usamos

Responder tu solicitud, llamarte y darte seguimiento.
Confirmar, recordar o cambiar las citas que reserves.
Enviarte mensajes de texto y correos relacionados con tu solicitud, solo si diste tu consentimiento.
Preparar propuestas y prestar los servicios que contrates.

3. Mensajes de texto (SMS)

4. Con quién la compartimos

Solo con proveedores que nos ayudan a operar y que la tratan bajo nuestras instrucciones, por ejemplo la plataforma que aloja el sitio, el formulario, el calendario y los mensajes (HighLevel / LeadConnector), y los operadores telefónicos y de correo que entregan los mensajes. También podemos revelarla si la ley lo exige o para proteger nuestros derechos. Esta sección no incluye los datos de consentimiento para SMS, que nunca se comparten.

5. Cuánto tiempo la guardamos

Information you give us: name, phone number, email, your business name and what it does, and what you need, when you fill out the contact form or book a call.
Appointment details: the date and time you choose in the calendar.
Your consent: if you agree to receive text messages, we keep the date, time and form where you gave it.
Basic technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited and the cookies needed for the site, form and calendar to work.

2. How we use it

To answer your request, call you and follow up.
To confirm, remind you of or reschedule the appointments you book.
To send you text messages and emails about your request, only if you consented.
To prepare proposals and provide the services you hire us for.
To keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the consent box, Randleman Studio will send you text messages about your request and appointments: confirmations, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms for details.

We do not share your mobile number or consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us operate and process it on our instructions, such as the platform that hosts the site, form, calendar and messaging (HighLevel / LeadConnector), and the phone and email carriers that deliver messages. We may also disclose it when required by law or to protect our rights. This section does not include SMS consent data, which is never shared.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as we have a business relationship or an open request, and afterwards as long as needed to meet legal, tax or record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your choices and rights

Stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP.
Stop receiving emails with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at [email protected].

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system on the internet is completely secure.

8. Children

The site and our services are meant for businesses and people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change it, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
