How I work

You know what happens
every week
before we start.

Five to seven weeks, in five steps. Each one ends in something you can see and approve. No months of silence, no surprise invoices.

01 · 15 minutes

The call

What you do, what you charge, where your work comes from today and what's slipping away. By the end of the call you know what I recommend and what it costs. No commitment.

02 · Week 1

The plan and the photos

I send you the plan in writing: what gets done, in what order, what I need from you and on which days. We go to one of your jobs to take real photos — stock photos show, and they kill trust.

03 · Weeks 2–3

The brand

I show you two directions, not ten. You pick one and we refine it. Once it's approved, you see it applied where it matters: the truck, the uniform, the proposal you'll hand over.

04 · Weeks 3–5

The website and the machinery

I write the website myself, with your words and your prices, and build it working: quotes, booking, follow-up, reviews. You test it from your phone before it goes live.

05 · Weeks 5–7

Launch and handoff

It goes live, goes to print, gets wrapped. I teach you to use your dashboard on a recorded call you keep. Thirty days of adjustments included.

What I need from you

One hour a week, at a time that works for you.

Access to one of your jobs for the photos.

Your real prices. Without them the website can't sell for you.

A decision when I show you options. That's all the work on your end.

What I don't do

Standalone hundred-dollar logos. That's not my business.

Promise you'll rank first on Google in month one.

Post on your social media every day. That's a different trade.

Work with more than three businesses at a time. That's why there's a waitlist.

What people always ask

Do I pay it all at once?

No. You pay in stages, and each stage is paid once the previous one is approved.

Is the website mine?

Yes. The domain, the accounts and the files are in your name from day one.

What if I already have a logo?

Even better. I review it, tell you frankly if it holds up and, if it does, we use it and reduce the scope.

Can we work in English?

Yes. We work in English or Spanish, and your website comes out in English, Spanish or both, depending on who you sell to.

Start with the call.
Everything else
comes from there.
